We Are EGG

A 2 900 m² concept store selling on behalf of more than 200 partner brands, with 37 till points on one floor.

Erply was implemented as the retail platform across the store, providing point of sale on all 37 till points with integrated payments. The warehouse management app tracks partner stock across both the retail floor and the warehouse areas, so consignment inventory stays accountable to the brand that owns it.

NICCI Boutiques

A boutique chain where the floor staff are the product experts. Proficient in fashion know-how and customer relations, NICCI consultants are trained to offer candid advice.

Erply Enterprise was implemented to handle all aspects of their retail operations — centrally managing inventory and distribution out to the stores, through to point of sale at the counter. One catalogue, one stock picture, and replenishment driven from head office rather than from each boutique.

Wellness Warehouse

A prominent health and wellness retail chain in South Africa. Fifty-one stores moved onto Erply POS and Back Office over eleven months.

The transition covered meticulous scoping and project management across the estate, store by store, alongside the development of two custom integrations: one to NetSuite, their warehouse ERP platform, and one to Spaaza, a customer loyalty app launched during the same period.

The result is a single retail platform at the till and in the back office, with the warehouse ERP and the loyalty programme both reading from it.

Africa Padel

A South African-Swedish business that brought the world's fastest growing sport to Africa in 2021, and has since become South Africa's largest padel group.

Twenty-one locations across the country, each with a Pro Shop stocking all the necessary padel gear. The shops run paperlessly and cashlessly, a commitment to environmental sustainability. Erply went into the stores in one month, including all training, data migration and setup.

We implemented Africa Padel's membership programme, giving club members exclusive discounts on Pro Shop apparel. Club managers use the paperless stocktake app to manage store inventory and accept incoming transfers from the warehouse.

Head office management were trained at our offices over two mornings. Pro Shop staff were trained remotely on the point of sale and given hands-on support through the launch period.

Sealand Gear

Retail and online both ran on Shopify, Shopify POS and Stocky. The storefronts were fine; reporting, product assembly and separating retail from online stock were not.

Sealand purchases raw materials and trimmings and assembles them into finished products at its Hout Bay production site. Erply's inventory module manages the raw-material stock and builds finished goods from recipes, while the Erply/Shopify integration keeps product data, orders and stock in sync across both platforms.

The rollout ran five weeks. Staff were trained on both POS and Back Office, and the two teams worked through a full reconciliation of product data before switching the integration on.
